Apostle Thomas Westley Ridgley is a sought-after revivalist, workshop facilitator, and intercessor that flows in a strong atypical apostolic anointing. He understands his assignment as an intercessor which is effectively used for the edifying of the body of Christ. As a non-conventional Psalmist, Apostle Ridgley is anointed by God to charge the atmosphere with his prophetic worship. Nations have witnessed yokes being destroyed through his anointed prayers, demonic legions were demolished through his non-traditional praise, and the atmosphere shifts through his determination to invoke the presence of God. His favorite scripture, “Pray without ceasing,” has become a lifestyle for him.

Apostle Ridgley honors the great leaders that have mentored him through the Christian church such as The Late-Reverend David Boyd Sr., Bishop Michael Evans, Bishop Joan B. Sanders, Elder Gary Leslie-Smith, Bishop L. St. Madison Venable, Bishop Lucy Mae Anthony, and Bishop Samuel Wright. Apostle Ridgley has been active in ministry since he was nine years old. He’s served as a music director, youth pastor, and assistant pastor.
Early in January 2010, the Lord gave Ridgley a vision to birth a house of prayer which led him to plant Citadel Cathedral of Prayer International -The House of Healing (CCOPI). The ministry exists to build a refuge of prayer for the nations. CCOPI is a place where prayers are petitions that are answered through Jesus Christ. Apostle Ridgley is also the Presiding Bishop of Citadel of Prayer International Covenant Churches which is an organization comprised of pastors, leaders, and entrepreneurs. COPICC’s active membership resides in the United States, Africa, Bahamas, and London. ​
In this hour, he believes that God is using him an emerging Apostolic-Prophetic voice according to 1 Corinthians 2:4-5“And my speech and my preaching were not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." Apostle Ridgley is currently writing his book titled “Enter-session- “A Prayer Warrior’s Way” that’ll be available in fall 2021.

BISHOP-DESIGNATE JEFF A. BROOKS
Jeff A. Brooks, a native of Washington D.C., is the eldest of two children. He has been called with a monumental call to the nations and generations! Answering the call to ministry at the age of 15, Jeff Brooks went through training and rigorous studies and later graduated from the School of the Spirit under the leadership of Pastor Alonzo Gerald of Allow God Ministries in 2008.
Within that year, Prophetic Flow was birthed which would be expanded in a greater capacity to Prophetic Flow International Ministries and Jeff A. Brooks affirmed as an Apostle in 2013. Heeding the call Jeff humbly accepts the assignment to be a Prophet to the Nations with an Apostolic Anointing. The mandate upon the Man of God’s life is beyond invoking a shift of mentality for those who have been rejected and judged, and exiled because of their past or present struggles, but to spread the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ and assure them that God loves them so much that He will allow them to run to the end of themselves, to find the Heart of the King.
He is serving currently as Resident Pastor of the Citadel Cathedral of Prayer International under the leadership of Apostle Thomas W. Ridgley, III. He is also currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education. Bishop-Designate Brooks is a man whose character speaks boldly through his transparency and truth as the foundation of integrity within his life. He is an authentic Prophet called by God to the nations and the instructions are those given by the Spirit of the Lord, for the edification of the Body of Christ. It is To God Be All the Glory! When Bishop-Designate Jeff A. Brooks opens his mouth, it is the Spirit of the Lord who emits the words that He wants him to speak.
