​CCOPI will graciously accept members coming by way of Christian experience, but the essential part of the mission is to go after the unchurched for there are thousands in the  Metropolitan area in the power of the Holy Spirit to present the Gospel of Jesus Christ,  using the principles of evangelism, spiritual growth, and maturity, worship and prayer.  Preaching is designed to address the issues and concerns of contemporary life from a clear  Biblical foundation encouraging the application of God's Word.

CCOPI intends to live up to its name by emphasizing the authority we have against the  Kingdom of Darkness. We are a Citadel, a fortress that commands a city and is used in the  control of the inhabitants and in defense during attack or siege. We are fully aware of the  dangers of independence without a covering; it's like building a house without a roof.

We are Citadel of Prayer, meaning we are chosen people who are committed to prayer and  worshipping the God of our salvation. If we are trained as Victors there is no way that we  accept being victims. At home and around the world, we are committed to nurturing a  personal relationship with God understanding that we are one, and until we all come together we will never experience the power of UNITY in the Body of Christ.
